The Art of Showing Up (on purpose)

Outside of time travel, there is only one chance to do a moment right. Each conversation, meeting, first date, only happens once. There’s only one today, one time we’ll experience this hour, this minute, and this second.

We can rise to the occasion, meet what the moment demands of us...or we can replay a series of "if only I had..." options in our heads.

Leadership is the Art of Showing up (on purpose).

This is about being a mindful and intentional leader, instead of showing up based on how we've always done it in the past, or showing up out of habit, unconsciously or mechanically.

It's about asking what the moment demands of us and finding a way to bring the best out of others.
