AT THE HEART OF CHANGE IS A CONVERSATION
Leadership is the art of designing transformative conversations.
Our lives are defined by the conversations we can and can’t have.
Our teams and organizations are defined by the conversations they can and can’t have.
I work with leaders to help them drive change through more effective communication, collaboration and action.
A THOUGHT PARTNER IN YOUR CORNER
Mentors, advisors, friends and family are all powerful companions as you navigate change. Having a conversational partner that is 100% dedicated to you and your work is an indispensable asset. Investing in a coach means investing in creating the world you want to create.
WHAT MY EXECUTIVE COACHING CLIENTS SAY:
“a thoughtful and kind sparring partner”
Daniel is gently challenging and always encouraging. He's helped me build confidence in my big ideas and helped me redefine my vision of success. He's generous with his time, and our long sessions have helped explore topics in enough depth to make real progress..he’s always a thoughtful and kind sparring partner. I am proud and privileged to have Daniel as my coach.
James Allen, Founder at Creative Huddle
“Daniel has an incredible ability to listen”
…but even more important to reflect back -- provoking an absolutely new direction for your own thinking. He provided questions and thought-provoking considerations to continue my own discovery along my unique path. This allowed me not only to uncover new perspectives but also learn how to continue the conversation with myself post-sessions.

COACHING APPROACH: TRANSFORMING THREE LEVELS OF CONVERSATION
If you are working to create a real change, at least three conversations will always come into play: Conversations with yourself, with others, and with the world at large. To help shift those conversations, you need a partner: a safe space to unpack and redesign the most important conversations in your life.
Level One: Conversations with yourself
Every transformation comes down to this: What are you really trying to create? And then the deeper question: Why do you want that? And then the harder question we all ask ourselves: Do I deserve it?
Impostor syndrome, inner conflict and self-doubt are things most high performers feel at some point. Working on your inner conversations is high-impact work and can clear the way for the next levels of conversation.
Level Two: Conversations with OTHERs
Navigating relationships with your teams, your partners and your organization requires masterful skill. Deepening your capacity for leadership, facilitation and teamwork are worthwhile investments.
Level Three: Conversations with the world
Play a bigger game and invite a larger conversation. Transformational change might mean cultivating a community, building your thought leadership or your company’s brand…or raising money for your next round of growth. Guiding these larger conversations with skill and ease is possible.
