I know…what does origami have to do with interaction design? Lots, really. Origami finds it’s way into many, many of my workshops. I teach origami as a way to teach a visual language and communication to designers, and the idea of a prototype to non-designers… Does it work? In a word, yes. In more words – read this. After a year of beta-testing teaching Design Thinking and Design process at the Brooklyn Brainery and NYU Stern to non-designers (2011-2012), I launched the Design Gym with a group of great people. Read more on our site.
