Our lives are defined by the conversations we can and can’t have. Our teams and organizations are defined by the conversations they can and can’t have.

Leadership is the art of creating the conditions for a transformative conversation. Conversations are the smallest unit of change. Did I say conversations enough?!

I did write a book about how to design them better in the service of real change, after all.

Change and transformation are what I care the most about - making our organizations not just more innovative and effective, but more human, too. And helping leaders cultivate those same qualities in themselves and their teams.

I coach leaders and their teams, and offer keynotes and workshops to accelerate change across an organization.

I also host The Conversation Factory podcast where I interview leaders, changemakers and innovators on how they design the conversations in their work and lives.
